Enhancing knowledge of treatment options for patients suffering Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)

Advanced Urology Associates continues to provide exceptional care at our three facilities as our urologists continue to enhance their knowledge of treatment options for patients suffering Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). BPH, also known as Prostate Enlargement, can affect men early on in their lives. Those who have BPH suffer from the constant need to go to the bathroom, waking up in the middle of the night to pee, and constant stop and starts while trying to pee.

Dr. Tek is the fifteenth urologist in Illinois to receive the UroLift Center of Excellence designation and the first to receive it in 2021.

The UroLift Center of Excellence showcases urologists who have continued to educate their patients on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and the minimally invasive treatment option, UroLift.
